Will has been an enthusiastic, hard-working IT professional in Greensboro, NC since 2003. During his work within his for-profit company, Will noticed a trend in his clients - many of them had little to no understanding of how they could effectively use technology to achieve their business goals. That is when Creative Motivations, Inc. was born and the mission to #FosterTheFuture began.
In his spare time, Will enjoys spending time with his family and working on his own personal IT projects that he hopes to soon implement within our camps and clubs!

Dr. Casterlow is a highly qualified school counselor with a passion for guidance and counseling and 7+ years of experience in helping students realize their potential. She has been able to guide students (ages 13 to 18) in career development, social conduct, academic achievement, and the best practices for optimal mental and physical health.
In her spare time, Dr. Casterlow collaborates and builds rapport with her students and fellow teachers to establish proper support networks. She is always looking forward to working with students by helping them make the most of their youth and opportunities!

Sam is a dedicated, family-oriented, and goal-driven professional with a passion for problem solving and project development. As a realtor, he has a knack for cultivating relationships with individuals from all backgrounds. Sam also has a history of working in education and development as a teacher at NC A&T State University, Southeast Guilford High School, and operating a commercial childcare center.
In his free time, Sam enjoys volunteering for his church and his community because the dedication to family and faith refreshingly confirms that anything is possible!

Shantelle has experience in curriculum-building, graphic design, and software programming. Motivated by the mission to create a better future for our community, she loves to create the interactive lessons and activities that our campers and club members get to experience every day.
In her spare time, Shantelle enjoys working on personal animation projects, playing music, and building miniature sets!
